Forged steel wheels are made from high carbon steel billets heated to 2,400�F and struck by high tonnage forging hammers. This enhances the grain structure, increasing ductility and tensile strength to 64,000 psi. The wheels are then precision machined flat with rounded edges to meet finished tolerances. These features make them highly durable and reliable for heavy-duty applications.
Our Extreme Heavy Duty # 94 Series raceways are precision machined and through-hardened to eliminate brinelling. With a high-strength swivel section, it swivels easily under extreme loads. Designed for severe applications, the 94 Series is ideal for die carts, tooling fixtures, aircraft engine stands, ground support equipment, A-frame skin dollies, portable jigs, large work platforms, mobile military equipment, aircraft maintenance stands, and production line delivery trailers.
