Semi-steel provides a long lasting, high capacity wheel capable of easy rolling under heavy loads. These cast iron based wheels feature a machined hub and wheel face. Semi-steel wheels are abrasion resistant, rugged, and are able to perform in temperatures up to 600 ° F.
Quality casters featuring bright zinc plating, 1/2" diameter axle bolt and grease fittings. Machined forged steel dual ball bearing raceway absorbs load and thrust in a radial direction, which provides superior shock loading capabilities. This unique design eliminates problems associated with kingpin failure due to severe shock loading. 4 Position notches to accept 4-position locks (locks sold separately). Ideal for industrial and commercial equipment, platform trucks, shop floors, warehouse carts and freight terminals.
