Service Caster Series #94 10 inch super heavy duty rigid caster with forged steel wheel.
Forged steel wheels are made from high carbon steel billets heated to 2,400°F and struck by high tonnage forging hammers. This enhances the grain structure, increasing ductility and tensile strength to 64,000 psi. The wheels are then precision machined flat with rounded edges to meet finished tolerances. These features make them highly durable and reliable for heavy-duty applications.
